Purchase of goods

 

Once you have added your items to the shopping cart, you will need to fill in some information about your name, address and payment details. Once this is done, you will receive an order confirmation of your order by email. Please check your spam filter/ junk mail.

When we ship the item from our warehouse, you will receive an email from us with an invoice and track & trace for the package.

 

Payment options

 

All amounts shown on the website are in Danish Kroner (DKK) or Euro (EUR), including VAT and excluding delivery costs.

 

Hydrema-shop.com accepts online payments via PensoPay with; Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not charge any kind of transaction fee for your purchase.

 

Payment for the order will not be deducted from your account until the goods are shipped, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

 

Hydrema-shop.com uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, which means the connection is completely secure.

 

Delivery

 

We offer delivery to addresses in Denmark (excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands), Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland, Greece, Portugal, Spain, Finland, Sweden, Austria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria and Croatia.

 

Delivery time is typically 3-5 business days after your order is received if the item is in stock in the desired size/variant. If we are unable to do this due to sold out items etc. we will contact you as soon as possible after we have received your order.

 

All items are delivered with GLS or UPS.

 

We deliver free shipping throughout Denmark with GLS when purchasing goods for at least DKK 1,000. For purchases under DKK 1,000.00, shipping of DKK 39 incl. VAT to a parcel shop and DKK 59 incl. VAT to a private address is added.

 

We deliver free of charge to the above-mentioned countries other than Denmark with UPS when purchasing goods for at least EUR 150. For purchases under EUR 150, shipping of EUR 15 incl. VAT to a private address is added.

 

We send all items as parcel post. You will therefore always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.

 

Returns and right of withdrawal

 

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. If you have purchased multiple items, you can choose to cancel only part of the delivery.

 

The cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day you;

 

– Received your item or the person you have chosen has received it.

– Taking physical possession of the last item in the case of a contract for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually.

 

If you have ordered several items from us and the items are not delivered at the same time, your withdrawal period will not start until you receive the last item in the order. If the withdrawal period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Day, the period is extended to the following business day.

 

What do I do if I want to cancel

 

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us before the cancellation period expires that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can notify us by either sending an email to shop@hydrema.com or using this standard cancellation form.

 

In your message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and whether you wish to return all or part of your purchase.

 

Once you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you must send or deliver the item to:

When returning the item, please enclose a copy of the order confirmation or invoice. Please also fill out and send the cancellation form.

 

You will have to pay the costs associated with your return yourself.

 

Condition of the item upon return

 

When you return an item to us, you must return it in its original packaging. You have the right to open the packaging to check or test the product, but if the packaging is clearly missing or damaged, this constitutes an impairment of value, which may result in us deducting an amount corresponding to the impairment from the purchase price before the purchase price is refunded.

 

As regards the product itself, you are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the product if you have used the product in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to verify the nature, condition, characteristics and function of the product. This means that you may try on the product in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store (e.g. you may try on a pair of pants to find out if they are the right size).

 

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is properly packaged when you return it. You bear the risk for the item until we have received it.

 

Refund of the purchase amount

 

If you cancel your entire purchase, we will refund you the full purchase price including any delivery costs. However, this does not apply in the following cases:

 

If you only want to return parts of your order, we will not refund any delivery costs.

 

We will refund the purchase price without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to cancel the purchase. The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly accepted another form of refund. Refunds are always free of charge for you.

 

However, we are entitled to withhold the purchase price until we have received the goods back or until you have submitted documentation that the goods have been sent or delivered back to us.

 

Complaints

 

As a customer, you have a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act if the product has a defect. This means that you are generally entitled to have the item repaired or replaced. If the repair cannot be done within a reasonable time, you may instead be entitled to a price reduction or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

 

How do I complain

 

If you wish to complain about a defect, you must send an email to our customer service shop@hydrema.com within a reasonable time. We recommend that you complain to us as soon as possible after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.

 

Please send us a picture of the product along with a description of the error.

 

If your claim is approved, we will send you a return label so you can return the product at no cost to you.

 

When returning the item, please ensure that the item is securely packaged and make sure you receive a receipt so that we can refund your reasonable shipping costs.

 

Complaint options

 

If you wish to complain about a purchase from our webshop, you must first send an email to our customer service at shop@hydrema.com.

 

If we do not succeed in finding a solution together, you can submit a complaint to Center for Klageløsning, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
